Fresh out of law school at The University of Arizona, Kristin was hired by Arizona's largest law firm, Snell & Wilmer — a firm that recognized a rare combination of legal expertise and a steady, empathetic demeanor.
After seven years assisting with representation of Snell & Wilmer clients in commercial real estate leasing, acquisition, sale, and development transactions nationwide, Kristin worked as an associate at Poli & Ball.
The desire to practice law her way — combined with a goal to offer outstanding representation without a large-firm rate — compelled her to start her own practice in 2005. She hasn't looked back since.
Today, Kristin not only provides legal advice, she educates clients to help them understand how the needs of their businesses impact their real estate requirements. Her clients will tell you she is smart, experienced, reasonable in dealing with other parties, and timely.
